I placed my order 08/31 and when I still had not received notice that the order had shipped by 09/12 I called the customer service number to find out why.
The rep said she would check on my order and came back to say she had arranged for expedited processing. I still did not received an email saying it had shipped until the 15th.
I received the package on the 20th.
The shirts appear to be well made but require delicate treatment to prevent shrinkage or damage to the fabrics.
They could make a lot of money if they shipped the orders within 3 days like most companies. Creating this toxic relationship with customers defeats their own prosperity.
User's recommendation: Look elsewhere for a trustworthy merchant.
