I ordered 2 skirts on sale ... only 1 of which was in stock.

Company took FOREVER to ship the in-stock item...NO confirmation of shipping...AND shipped only after I had CANCELLED the order b/c I needed 1 of the skirts quickly. I had already received a credit for my order. But, out of the blue, NorthStyle decided to finally ship the skirt in its warehouse, so they charged my card again!!! I don't even know how they can get away with that.

The entire issue is now in dispute. I want to refuse the package, as I had cancelled my order with them and will NOT do business with them again. There are too many companies out there that provide reasonable, if not really good, customer service to give my hard-earned money to a company like NorthStyle that doesn't care and doesn't try to keep customers happy. Who needs that?

If I were NorthFace, I'd be really upset b/c NorthFace has quality items and is the better known name. NorthStyle? NorthFace?

Hmmm. Too close for comfort if I were NorthFace's CEO!!!
