Called customer service before ordering. Told the rep I needed a dress order by Thursday & asked if I paid for 2 day shipping would I get it by then.

She said I'd have it by Wednesday even though Hurricane Sandy was coming. I got the order the following week. I asked for a refund of the extra charge for two day shipping and they refused. Said it wasn't their fault.

It wasn't my fault either & their employee assured me it would arrive on time. I will never order from them again and will warn others who ask.
