Ordered 2 dresses March 26 which were in stock per the site. Almost 3 weeks later, three emails, one phone call and still no dresses .
I was told the dresses were on back order (yet were in stock when ordered) and would be pulled for shipping last week. I checked order - dresses still listed as being in warehouse. Sent another email. If no dresses at my home by April 20 they were told to cancel the order.
Very unhappy. They offered to refund my shipping only after the items were shipped .
Very very poor customer service. Will NEVER order from them again.
