Northstyle - Think before you buy.

Ordered two items on 12-21-18. One of the items was delivered, the other, a denim jacket was said to be on back order. Wasn't charged for the item but was never contacted regarding an expected date for delivery. Called today, 1-9-19 and spoke to Jessie. She said this was a popular item and the next time NorthStyle would get a delivery to their offices would be sometime in March! Glad this wasn't a Christmas gift. Went to write a review on their web site, saying what I said above and wouldn't you know it, they're having problems with the review site!

Northstyle - Orders backorder --- customer service poor

I ordered a jacket and it was too small so I returned it the refund was a very long process I had to make several phone calls I ordered the new jacket on the day that I had returned the jacket and I had not received that and I was told that it was on backorder item seem to be very slow to process my advice shopping on a faster online shopping such as Amazon or buying in a brick and mortar store

Northstyle - Understaffed customer service
