I returned an item to NorthStyle, but did not receive credit for it. When I sent an email to NorthStyle, I received the automated message that they would respond within 1 business day.

After 3 days and no response, I sent them another email. Finally, I was told that they did not receive my returned item. I have lost around $70 because I did not pay an extra shipping charge to have a tracking number when I returned it.

I am wondering how many others have returned items to NorthStyle without a tracking number, and have been told the same thing.

Monetary Loss: $70.

I did have a proof of delivery for an item returned to NorthStyle (8/30/2014) and still no credit on my card. Sent 2 emails that said I would receive a reply within 1 business day and still no response to either one.

So I called and could not reach a live person until I selected the option to place an order. The man I spoke with told me it took 4-6 weeks to process a return.

What a ripoff! If I am lucky to get a credit at all!
