Placed an order on July 10, 2016 for an upcoming wedding for July18th. Kept checking status and reply I got was being processed at the warehouse.
Never received order by wedding and no email from company that they were moving clothing to a new warehouse so it would take longer for items to ship. Called today 7/31/16 and was told that information about the warehouse move and my order had not shipped. Customer service person could have cared less about the order and didn't offer up any valuable information or a discount to keep the order.
This is the second order in six months that got screwed up. Love the clothes, but you can't get them delivered.
