I ordered 2 dresses in October 2017. I was informed that one of the dresses was on back order and would ship in early December.

Even received a couple of emails and one post card letting me know it would ship in early December.

I called today, December 16, and was informed that it is on back order until February! I did cancel the VIP membership within 10 days of my order, but reading the reviews tells me I need to check my statement.
