Ordered item w/ 2 day delivery.Item was never even shipped.

I even called to confirm. They said item was delivered. Come to find out, the item was discontinued, yet no one bothered to inform me. I even called 2 times to confirm.

It was a present. Their customer service was disgusting. Rude, blamed everyone but themselves before admitting they were at fault.They took my money and kept saying it was shipped.

They even tried to blame FedEx, until a supervisor said oh I'm sorry that item isn't even available.Companies like this are a disgrace to online business & horrific customer service!

Monetary Loss: $44.
