I logged into NorthStyle website. I entered my catalog number.
At checkout I saw a banner advertising 15% off I clicked on it. I read and followed the directions. It was late and they were closed. I called back to get help the next day I was repeatedly told that the only way that was offered was via an email link.
They would even acknowledge that it might have been phone or catalog related. No discount.
I bought the stuff I ordered anyway. I just felt that being I had read and feel I was offered the discount they could have at least tried.
